  • Publication number: 20140311602
Abstract: An integrated valve assembly, which integrates two check valves and a solenoid assembly which functions as a purge valve. When the solenoid assembly is in an open position, during a first mode of operation, vacuum pressure places the first check valve in an open position and the second check valve in a closed position, and during a second mode of operation, pressurized air places the first check valve in a closed position, and vacuum pressure generated by a venturi valve member places the second check valve in an open position. Each check valve utilizes a nylon insert along with an over molded rubber seal. The design of the check valves prevents actuation at low vacuums and flows when the vehicle is shut off. The integrated valve assembly eliminates the need for an OBD relief valve, and simplifies the EVAP system, saving costs, complexity, and eliminates several possible leak connections.

The ozonated liquid is retained to the reservoir so that the liquid is circulated in a loop. As the liquid is circulated through the ozone generator, the concentration of ozone increases. Once the liquid has been sufficiently ozonated, the generator is disconnected and the reservoir moved to where ozonated water is required and ozonated water is dispensed from the reservoir.

Abstract: A pressure relief valve and a mating fuel tank bung are installed directly on a fuel tank. In one embodiment a bung is welded directly to a fuel tank, and thereafter a pressure relief valve is attached directly to the bung by mating threads. This system and installation method provides a cost and time effective installation process that is expedient, does not require additional pipes or plumbing fixtures, and the resulting installed valve may provide improved safety features due to the exclusion of additional pipes and plumbing positioned between the valve and the fuel tank and a compactness of design.

Abstract: An operator interface assembly is provided that includes a frame having a first end configured to rotatably couple to a first lateral frame tube of an agricultural vehicle, and a second end configured to transition between a raised position adjacent to a second lateral frame tube of the agricultural vehicle and a lowered position beneath the second lateral frame tube via rotation of the frame about the first end. The operator interface assembly also includes a fluid inlet coupled to the frame, and configured to provide fluid to the agricultural vehicle. In addition, the operator interface assembly includes a valve coupled to the frame, and configured to control fluid flow from the fluid inlet to the agricultural vehicle. The fluid inlet and the valve are positioned adjacent to the second end of the frame, and directed laterally outward with respect to the agricultural vehicle.

The cavity is configured to receive the agricultural product from the inlet. The inductor box includes a gate configured to be removably inserted between the inlet and the cavity, to block the agricultural product from entering the cavity while disposed between the inlet and the cavity, and to enable the agricultural product to enter the cavity while removed from being disposed between the inlet and the cavity. The inductor box includes a first guide coupled to the housing and configured to direct the gate away from the inlet. The first guide is disposed between the gate and the inlet while the gate is disposed between the inlet and the cavity.

Abstract: A flow guider has a guiding body, a blade edge and two tips. The guiding body has two guiding surfaces configured symmetrically with each other. Each guiding surface is convex. The blade edge is curved, is formed between and connects the guiding surfaces and has two opposite ends. The tips are formed respectively at the ends of the blade edge and each tip merges the guiding surfaces and one end of the blade edge. The flow guider divides and guides oncoming airflow or waterflow to smoothly pass across the flow guider with reduced turbulence so that vehicles or bridge piers mounted with the flow guiders suffer less vibration, shaking and damage when encountering airflow or waterflow.

Abstract: A pilot valve assembly for regulating the output of a first pressure source relative to a second pressure source, a fluid system equipped with the valve assembly, and a method of operating the valve assembly. The valve assembly includes a valve body with inlet and outlet ports and first and second sensing ports. The first and second sensing ports are adapted to sense, respectively, the fluid pressures of the first and second pressure sources. The inlet port is adapted for fluidically connecting to the first pressure source. The valve assembly defines a flow path between the inlet and outlet ports, and has components for allowing fluid flow from the inlet port, through the flow path, and to the outlet port only if the fluid pressure of the first pressure source exceeds the fluid pressure of the second pressure source by a differential by the flow-allowing components.
