Abstract: Protective locking systems for source vials which helps prevent mishandling of liquid medication to be removed from source vials and used in an injection device, such as a wearable injection device or a syringe. The protective locking systems include at least a key, a locking cap and a slide guard, each of which includes an opening sized at least large enough to receive a needle therethrough.

Abstract: Provided herein are medication tracking and securement devices, systems, platforms, and methods configured to be used with or in place of commercial standard medicine bottles. The wireless tracking and communications elements of the present disclosure are configured to prevent medication theft, overdosing, medication loss, and prescription noncompliance.

Abstract: Cannabis, much like medications, requires secure containment. It is particularly important to prevent access to Cannabis to children, elderly, or others for whom the Cannabis is not prescribed, designated, or legally permitted. Abstract: The present disclosure provides a box for loading a film and a method for loading a film. The box includes: a base provided with a level adjuster and a lower buffer member supported by the level adjuster. The method includes: adjusting the level adjuster such that a levelness of the lower buffer member is within an allowable range; and loading the film on the lower buffer member after adjusting the level adjuster.

Abstract: A concealed carry weapon (CCW) container offers a user a fail-secure locking mechanism to ensure that the CCW stays locked at all times even when there is no power. The CCW container enables the user to quickly and automatically unlock when the user utilizes the biometric recognition system, a pass code, or an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tag. The CCW container employs interior and exterior lighting, quick access magnetic closure with or without a locking mechanism attached, and a ballistic armor plate to protect the user's vital body parts using the ballistic armor plat as a shield. Further, a method for managing the fail-secure locking mechanism allows the user to efficiently access the CCW content using a mobile app, the RFID tag, or any other biometric technology. Additionally, the method provides a panic switch that alerts security authorities of an incident and forwarding any salient video or sound thereto.

Abstract: A customizable bag organizer is an apparatus that organizes and supports the structure of a bag. The apparatus includes at least one organizing mechanism. The at least one organizing mechanism includes a central rod and a plurality of telescopic dividers. The central rod connects each telescopic divider. Each telescopic divider includes a fixed panel, a free panel, at least one first track and at least one second track. The apparatus includes a base plate to uphold items within each compartment defined by the plurality of telescopic dividers. In order to easily see within each compartment, the apparatus includes at least one light source, a light sensor, a portable power source, and a switch. The items within a bag are removed while maintaining the desired positions within each compartment as the apparatus includes a supplementary pouch. The supplementary pouch upholds the items, the central rod, and the plurality of telescopic dividers.

Abstract: Plumbers are often required to carry out various tasks on water pipes including measuring, cutting, bending, threading, joining, soldering and marking positions on pipes. Each of these activities requires the pipe to be held securely by the plumber (for instance in one hand, or under one foot, while the task itself is carried out using the free hand(s). The present invention is a tote tray provided with a clamp 15 connected to the open-top box, the clamp configured for releasably gripping a pipe 17. In this way, a plumber may place a pipe 17 within the clamp 15 and securely grip it therein, and may then carry out various types of work on the pipe 17 without the need to hold the pipe 17 manually in position. Once work on the pipe 17 has been completed, the user may release the clamp's grip on the pipe 17.

The latch may be manually operated and may be remotely lockable to prevent unauthorized opening. A firearm may be stored in the invention by placing the barrel of the gun onto a barrel pin in a sliding engagement. The barrel pin may be long enough to protrude into the chamber of the invention to prevent storage of a firearm that has a round in the chamber. The portable safe may be configured for left or right hand draw. The invention may comprise a GPS receiver such that its location may be easily ascertained. The safe comprises safety features preventing unauthorized use while allowing an authorized user quick access to its contents.

Abstract: The invention described herein concerns a comfort enhancing, pistol protecting gun sock that is compatible with holsters, yet rapidly removable via a convenient pull tab. The present invention addresses the discomfort of carrying pistols in the form of a gun sock that can be attached directly to the user's pistol without disruption to the user's existing carry holster. To accomplish the goal of the present invention, the gun sock comprises joined layers that have certain desired properties such as cushioning, breathability, and/or anti abrasive design. The gun sock is configured to at least partially surround and partially engage with pistol whether it is situated in a holster or not. In some implementations, the pistol can still be fired while the gun sock is engaged.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for firearm storage; and more particularly, a safe and secure handgun mini-vault apparatus for a loaded handgun that allows an authorized user rapid, unobstructed and effortless access to the handgun. The handgun mini-vault system of the present invention not only provides for relative ease of assembly and aesthetically appealing appearance, it also permits access to the handgun without the need to manually manipulate a locking device. The locking system of the present invention utilizes RFID technology to allow authorized users to open the mini-vault by simply waiving an RFID chip in proximity to the mini-vault interrogator.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a firearm monitoring and notification apparatus to allow users to monitor a firearm without interfering with the accessibility to the firearm. The firearm monitoring and notification apparatus mitigates common risks surrounding unauthorized access and tampering through deterrence and notification strategies.

Abstract: A golf club organizer system includes a plurality of club retaining cradles each being radially displaced from each other about a vertical support member, wherein the club retaining cradles is rotatable about the vertical support member; the plurality of golf club retaining cradles each being sized for partially engaged receipt of a golf club head; a plurality of clip members each being sized for engaged receipt of a portion of the shaft of one of the golf clubs; a fixed grip presentation cam for displacing one of the clip members from a normal, resting position to an extraction position as the plurality of club retaining cradles are rotated; and wherein a user may rotate the plurality of club head cradles such that a selected one of the plurality of club retaining cradles is in the extraction position for permitting the user to remove or insert the corresponding golf club.

The safe cabinet is formed by two vertically oriented rectangular sections that adjoin to form the cabinet's back and side wall and two horizontally oriented trapezoidal sections that adjoin adjacent horizontal edges of the back and side walls to form the cabinet's top and bottom. The open front and contiguous open oblique side of the cabinet is closed using a safe door having a rectangular front section adjoining an oblique side section obtusely angled relative tot the front section. The door is pivotably connected to the cabinet so as to open from the oblique side section.

Abstract: This invention provides a discharge preventer assembly for a firearm that is a supplemental safety attachment for a firearm. The discharge preventer assembly can be made of a left body portion and a right body portion which can be adapted to connect to each other in a protective condition to collectively receive and enclose a trigger bow and a trigger; and at least one of the left body portion and the right body portion having a bolt block element protruding upward and adapted to be received in the bolt passage when the left body portion and the right body portion are in the protective condition. The discharge preventer assembly can also include one or more rigid plates configured to be positioned adjacent the right body portion or the left body portion.

Abstract: A pistol frame disassembly bed (“PFDB”) that offers a steady platform for disassembling and reassembling pistols, in a safer and controlled manner. The PFDB is in the overall configuration of a box with a pistol bed having a bed depression for holding a pistol frame, a trigger mechanism housing aperture, and a drawer. The top surface of the PFDB incorporates the pistol bed which is a three-dimensional depression in relation to the top of the PFDB. The pistol bed is in the shape of a side of a pistol frame (receiver) to accommodate a suitable type of pistol.

Abstract: A rotatable rack for a vehicle bed. The rack can be clamped onto a bed of a vehicle and an item, which can optionally include a case or a tool box, can be rotated into and out of the bed of the truck. The rack can be locked into one or more positions via a pin engaging one or more openings. The rack can hold the item inside of the bed of the vehicle suspended above the bed such that the item does not get slammed up and down as violently when traveling down a rough road as it would if it were merely placed on the bottom of the bed of the vehicle.

Abstract: Apparatus for authorizing and de-authorizing a device such as a weapon is disclosed. The apparatus includes the electrical detection of a signal on the skin of the user, and optionally a radio signal from a central authorizing authority and the entering of a security code by the user. Upon receipt of the correct input, the weapon authorizes and is ready for use. If a loss of skin signal occurs, the weapon enters a safe state until reauthorized. Apparatus for generating the skin signal from both an ingestible and a skin-mounted apparatus are disclosed.

Abstract: A wallet style holster for holding and concealing a handgun includes an elongated panel including a top flap portion and a bottom flap portion having a handgun retaining element attached to the bottom flap portion where the handgun retaining element includes a trigger guard retention portion and a forward block. At least one protrusion is separated from the forward block by a channel, where the channel and the protrusion are formed to receive a handgun trigger and trigger guard which is held between the protrusion and the forward block. The top flap portion of the elongated panel may be folded over the bottom flap portion to form a wallet, sized so as to be adapted to cover a handgun and fit in a pocket.

The gun holder includes a horizontally disposed panel that includes a centrally located slot in which the barrel of a firearm can be placed and held therein, leaving the handle portion of the firearm exposed for easy access. The panel provides a substantially rectangular shape and is substantially planar. There are one or more slots having a base, sidewalls and an open upper in which firearm magazine clips can be inserted and held therein. The device further includes a plurality of recessed holes in which bullets can be inserted and stored. Two legs extend perpendicularly from a lower surface of the panel on opposing sides thereof for supporting the panel in an elevated position.

Abstract: The present invention provides for a gun vault that can safely transfer a firearm within the public area that is easy to carry and can secure easily and quickly to various surfaces or objects. The gun vault comprises a first component, illustrated as a gun vault top half connected to a second component, illustrated herein as a gun vault bottom half, which when coupled together provides an interior constructed and arranged to store internal functional hardware as well as one or more firearms, such as a handgun and magazine clip. The gun vault further includes a removable and variably positionable handle, which allows for the gun vault to be secured to objects or surfaces, such as a seat of a car or some type of fixed pole, quickly and easily. To prevent unauthorized access, the gun vault may further include a locking assembly.

Abstract: A security apparatus for a ratchet type gunlock that has a ratchet for locking the gunlock. The security apparatus prevents the gunlock from being shimmed using shimming techniques well known in the art. A star-shaped cogwheel having asymmetrical teeth prevents the shim from reaching the locked ratchet. The security apparatus also provides an extended ratchet latching assembly that features a pivot and a unique shoe-shaped latch that attaches to a plunger via a ball head such that the connections provided between the three elements of the latching assembly enable the latching assembly to remain locked despite severe impact, wrenching or shaking, yet can be easily opened even once the forces being applied to the gunlock ceases even when the deformation to the gunlock is irreversible.

Abstract: Embodiments described herein disclose a cylindrical housing with a compartment defining a section of the housing. The cylindrical housing being configured to rotate around an axle disposed at the center of the cylindrical housing. Embodiments may also include a frame disposed along a curved surface of the cylindrical housing configured to allow access to the compartment within an access portion, wherein the access portion projects the frame from a center of the curved surface towards an edge of the cylindrical housing.

Abstract: A firearm case which is attachable to a motorcycle comprises a frame the holds and encloses a firearm. The frame includes a firearm lock and latch that securely locks the firearm in place. A housing surrounds the frame as to enclose the frame and firearm, safe from the weather, theft and minor damage. An optional remotely operated control system unlocks the firearm case and the firearm lock simultaneously for quick and easy access to the firearm.

Abstract: A handgun holding system featuring a base plate with a pair of slots, each slot has a bracket that can slide and rotate within its respective slot. The first bracket has a spring clip for temporarily engaging the grip portion of a handgun, and the second bracket has a boot with an inner magnet for temporarily engaging the barrel of the handgun. The base plate can be mounted to a surface via a mounting means.

Abstract: A shelf device comprises an enclosed frame that includes a plurality of members, a concealed compartment within the frame, and a locking system that includes a locking mechanism comprising a slide bolt and magnetic lift positioned perpendicularly within the slide bolt, a ledge that is engaged with the slide bolt when the locking system is locked, and a magnet. The magnetic lift moves in one direction to cause the slide bolt to move perpendicularly to the magnetic lift's direction as the slide bolt disengages or engages with the ledge to unlock or lock the shelf, respectively. In one embodiment, a rare earth magnet is aligned with the magnetic lift to pull the magnetic lift vertically upward causing the slide bolt to move horizontally backward to disengage the slide bolt from the ledge. Consequently, the shelf is opened as one or more frame members are released to expose the concealed compartment.

Abstract: A safe is provided for securely storing property that may be accessed quickly. A biometric scanner is coupled to a latching mechanism which may be actuated upon input of a recognized pattern, such as a fingerprint. The safe door may be spring actuated to automatically open upon release of the locking mechanism. The latch positively locks the door so that it resists opening from sharp blows to the safe.

Abstract: A clip or flexible handles extension facilitate simultaneous retention and operation of a bronchoscope and associated bronchoscopic tools held in one hand to allow operation by a single practitioner. Also disclosed is a guide sheath arrangement with a reduced flexibility proximal portion to facilitate insertion of tools into the guide sheath.

Abstract: A protective cover for a firearm lower receiver attaches directly and securely to the lower receiver, protecting it from any impact or debris, yet it may still be used with existing firearm protective cases and bags. Forward and rearward assembly pin holes allow securing of the protective cover to the lower receiver with assembly pins. An extrusion on a lower surface of the protective cover is capable of depressing a magazine door of a magazine installed in the lower receiver and may be transparent to allow a user to view contents of the magazine while keeping the contents protected from debris.

Abstract: In accordance with the present disclosure, novel quick draw hand gun holsters are described, together with methods for using them, that are capable, at a user's option, of activating a light accessory, such a light and/or laser sighting device, when the gun is drawn from the holster, and of deactivating it when the gun is inserted in the holster. Additional embodiments are also described.
