The first and second slots are sized and shaped to receive an end of a jewelry item that is secured to the spool. The spool may be disposed in a base and protected by a cover that is removably attached to the base.

Abstract: A display unit for conveying information to a desired audience includes an outer shell having one or more areas for displaying information, and an inner support assembly coupled to the outer shell and configured to support the outer shell during use of the display unit. The display unit has at least one folded position and a use position, wherein the display unit is self-deployable such that the display unity automatically transitions from a folded position to the use position. In accordance with an aspect of the invention, the display unit may automatically transition from a folded position to the use position under a force generated from the display unit itself. A method of using the display unit is also disclosed.

Abstract: Coloring of hairs are commonly done for various reasons. Commonly, a single hair dye is applied which leaves a uniform coloring of the hairs. However, many prefer having shades of hair coloring or two different coloring. Thus in this application methods and means are introduced that allows a differential coloring to be possible. In this method a hand held brush means allows a predicted amount of the hair dye to be carried to the hairs and applied. Also a special dye pan allows a predicted amount of hair dye to be applied to the brush units to make such goals possible.

Abstract: A trunk mounted storage rack for sport utility vehicles (SUV) securely restrains grocery bags and prevents damage to fragile items contained therein. The trunk mounted storage rack includes a top shelf, a center shelf, a bottom shelf, an upper support frame, a center support frame, a lower support frame, a safety net, and a top-level barrier. The top shelf, the center shelf, and the bottom shelf are sized to closely fit in the trunk of the SUV. The center support frame suspends the top shelf over the center shelf. Similarly, the lower support frame suspends the center shelf and the top shelf over the bottom shelf. The upper support frame allows the top-level barrier and the safety net to mount onto the top shelf. The safety net prevents grocery bags from falling out of the back of the top shelf, the center shelf, and the bottom shelf.

Abstract: A cube packing comprises two truncated pyramids configured for a packing mode and a stand mode. In the packing mode, each pyramid touches three faces. In the stand mode, a first pyramid lays on a substantially horizontal surface, a second pyramid rests on the first pyramid and a large cube resides in the second pyramid while having a vertex pointing upwards. The large cube consists of eight small cubes, which in turn consist of a first group of eight pieces and a second group of 16 pieces. Each small cube includes one piece of the first group and two pieces of the second group. The eight pieces of the first group include at least three pieces different from each other at least by color, and may include at least three pieces different from each other at least by shape. The supporting member is locatable intermediate the top surface and a lower portion of the plurality of leg members, and is adapted to support at least one medical waste container having an aperture and a bottom portion. At least a first longitudinal portion of the supporting member forms an obtuse angle relative to a second longitudinal portion of the supporting member so as to angle the or each medical waste containers in a position in which its aperture is higher than its bottom portion but not orthogonal to the top surface.

Abstract: A patient support device for use in patients undergoing spinal or epidural procedures while seated on a standard labor and delivery, operating room or other table or bed is described. An exemplary embodiment of the device includes an upper body support tray and a foot support tray which are independently adjustable along the length of an extendable pole assembly. The pole also connects to a base which provides a stable support and slides under the bulky support bases which are a part of modern hospital beds used in labor and delivery and operating rooms.

Abstract: A display system utilizing a graphics box as a primary component is disclosed. The graphics box greatly increases the flexibility and aesthetic appeal of displayed graphics cards. The ability to mass produce the graphics box, use multiple graphics boxes to deliver displays of different size and information content and, especially, the ability to reuse the graphics boxes, means that costs of the disclosed display system are relatively low and are achievable without a decrease in the aesthetic appeal of the entire display. Structures for supporting the graphics box to further increase the flexibility of the display system are also disclosed.

Abstract: A shelving system including a pair of upright members, a plurality of cross-members extending between the upright members, and a plurality of shelves. Each shelf includes a plurality of first wire members defining a support surface, as well as at least two second wire members defining a support channel. Portions of the second wire members are upturned and define first and second engagement members. During assembly, each shelf is lowered onto a cross-member until the support channel engages the cross-member, whereupon the engagement members receive a respective upright member and thereby prevent rotation of the shelf about the cross-member.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an inventory system with stackable trays that permits access to individual trays. The inventory system comprises an upright pole having a top and bottom, a support attached to the bottom of the pole, and at least two stackable trays, each tray having a fastening device to engage a back of the tray to the pole, wherein when a tray is moved away from the pole, the fastening device disengages the pole, and when a tray is pushed toward the pole, the fastening device can engage the pole. Also disclosed is a stackable tray. Also disclosed is method for removing a lower stacked tray from underneath a higher stacked tray.

Each support module includes a bottom mating portion and a top mating portion, each of which may be operatively coupled to a top mating portion and a bottom mating portion of another support module, respectively. Each support module also include sidewalls that may be operatively coupled to sidewalls of another support module. All of the product support modules of the present invention have a substantially similar profile.

Abstract: A workstation includes a keyboard integrated therein and a substantially planar work surface. The keyboard may be disposed between an upper and lower portion of the workstation such that a substantially planar upper surface is provided. Additionally, the keyboard may be formed within a portion of the workstation so that an exposed surface of the keyboard is flush with or underlying the substantially planar upper surface. Advantageously, the workstation may provide an interface between a user and the keyboard that may be efficiently cleaned, sterilized and disinfected.

Each support structures includes a base, a first side wall, a second side wall, a first door hinged to the first side wall, a second door hinged to the second side wall, a back wall, and a cover hinged to the back wall. Each side wall is hinged to a side wall of an adjoining one of the support structures. At least one wheel is connected to the base of each support structure. The display device is movable between an open position wherein the back walls of the support structures define an enclosed space and a closed position wherein the back walls of each support structure faces the back wall of an adjoining one of the support structures.

Abstract: In order to provide an improved device for displaying a product in a retail environment, a vertical merchandise display unit includes a base, a riser, a monitor, and product support arms. The riser extends generally vertically upwardly from the base and the monitor is supported by the riser above the product support arms. Further, the unit includes a plurality of product support arms which extend radially outwardly from the riser at a point above the base for displaying products such as digital cameras, camcorders and the like.

The Mobile Data/Audio/Video/Interactive Presentation Cart allows the school and classroom teachers to safely transport and share the technology from classroom to classroom as needs require.

Abstract: A display stand assembly comprising a plurality of display stand modules joined together. Each display stand module comprises an upper and lower base or spanner having a plurality of spanner members generally bisecting each other medially. A plurality of vertical uprights extends between the end portions of the spanner members of the upper and lower spanners and are joined to the ends of the upper and lower spanners with a plurality of wedges. A portion of each wedge fits around a clover defined on the vertical uprights and a bracket attached to each spanner member end slides over and attaches to each wedge.

Abstract: A storage and display rack for supporting and displaying large substantially cylindrical objects, such as five gallon plastic water bottles. The storage and display rack is fabricated from one or more shelves, supported by a plurality of tubular legs. Where the storage and display rack includes more than one shelf, a plurality of tubular legs is employed to vertically separate and support successive levels of shelves. Each shelf is provided with one or more inclined slots for receiving a bottle. Each slot is provided with a back wall, having an inner resiliently support back wall member, and a plurality of ribs for raising the bottle above the bottom web of the slot. The resiliently supported back wall member is fabricated for resistance to fatigue failure. The ribs are provided to permit insertion and removal of the bottle(s) with reduced friction.
