Abstract: In an embodiment, a multi-functional accessory serves as a platform for implementing modifications to a product in a time-saving and less costly manner, whereas the modifications would otherwise be made to the product itself. In an embodiment, the product is inserted into the multi-functional accessory. In an embodiment, the multi-functional accessory may be utilized in applications with exposure to a liquid or moisture and in dry applications with no or minimal exposure to a liquid or moisture.

Abstract: The present invention is methods and devices for encouraging, educating, entertaining, and or motivating children to brush their teeth. In preferred embodiments of the invention, one or more characters are used, each with its own look and personality. The characters are used in a variety of forms and media as the shape of functional devices, advertising, education and entertainment. The characters may also be animated. The characters and their images, associated slogans and brand name may be used on a line of merchandise. The invention in a preferred embodiment includes a toothpaste dispenser or a toy in the shape of one of the characters. The toothpaste dispenser or toy, in a preferred embodiment, is able to talk to, play a song or otherwise communicate with the child to give entertaining, educational or motivating messages to the child regarding brushing their teeth. The invention in another embodiment includes one or more of the characters in the form of finger and or hand puppets.

Abstract: A blow molded container for dispensing a fluid material is disclosed, the container including an ovoid hollow body formed from a flexible material, a means for handling formed on the hollow body, and an opening formed in the hollow body providing fluid communication with an interior thereof. The container is adapted to hold an egg substitute product and to minimize a complexity of use of the egg substitute product for cooking purposes by minimizing the measurements and/or measurement conversion required by consumers.

Abstract: A support for manual grease guns has a base and lever-restoring mechanism. Grease guns conventionally have a pumping head with a barrel and lever joined thereto for cycling through pumping and restoring strokes between restored and depressed extremes. The restored extreme has the lever and barrel flared apart. Conversely, since the pumping stroke closes the flare, the depressed extreme has the lever brought alongside the barrel. The base has ground-engaging feet as well as clamps for clamping the grease gun tightly by the barrel, preferably with the lever projecting away for pedal-style depression in a generally vertical plane by a user stepping on it. The lever-restoring mechanism links the lever to the base, and yields under the user's step while the lever moves through pumping strokes, but restores the lever toward the restored extreme therefor as soon as the user takes his or her step off the lever.

Abstract: Substantially cylindrical condiment containers with extendable and retractable pouring spouts are provided. A dispensing mechanism in each container can be actuated by simply rotating a portion of the body of the container, without the need for separate knobs or levers. The central projection of the carousel is made of a plurality of spaced vertical struts or rods to reduce weight and cost. The central projection is releasably attached to the base with a locking mechanism, and there is a like locking mechanism at the top. The central projection of one carousel can be locked into the locking mechanism at the top of another carousel to attach one carousel on top of another.

Abstract: Provided is a pesticide spraying cart. In one embodiment, the comprises a pesticide tank, a retractable handle, two wheels, a recess provided between the wheels, a longitudinal hose compartment provided in a rear of the tank, a coil hose adapted to either extend out of the hose compartment by pulling or retract thereinto automatically after the force exerted on the coil hose has been released, a spray gun provided at an open end of the coil hose, a hook for holding the spray gun in an unused position, a pipe is extended from the coil hose into the tank, and a foot operated pump assembly provided in the recess. Repeatedly pressing a foot pedal to pressurize the tank, pulling the coil hose out of the hose compartment, and activating the spray gun will shoot out a uniform spray of liquid pesticide.

Abstract: A device that makes it easier to pour a liquid from a container that might be difficult to lift for a person having hand, finger, or arm muscles that have been weakened by disease, injury, old age, or the like. The device has a generally “L” shape when viewed in front view, with a base for supporting the container and an upstanding sidewall formed integrally with the base at an end of the base. A curvature that extends from the top to the bottom of the sidewall is formed on the outward side of the sidewall. A person requiring assistance grasps a handle of a container supported by the base and rotates the device over onto the curvature so that liquid may pour from the container without lifting the container or the device. The device is rotated back into its repose position when the pouring is completed.

Abstract: A twist-type closure cap for a container, the twist-type closure cap including a cap portion, and a stand portion, the cap portion including cap body rotatably mounted on a threaded central post having a bore therethrough with a bottom portion of the post being adapted to be secured to a container such that the container is in communication with the bore such that rotation of the cap body relative to the central post opens and closes the bore, and the stand portion comprising one or more legs, each leg being dependent from the cap body and extending radially outwardly therefrom, such that in use, the stand portion enables the container to maintain an inverted position whilst the or each leg thereof facilitates rotation of the cap body relative to the central post.

Abstract: An integral stand and fluid conduit for maintaining a housing of a fluid delivery device in a select orientation relative to a support surface. The fluid delivery device has a carrier fluid connector fixedly attached to its housing. The carrier fluid connector extends along an axis away from the housing for axial engagement in fluid communication with a carrier fluid supply. The stand includes a base having a support surface engaging portion. A conduit having an inlet and an outlet is attached to the base. The inlet is connectable in fluid communication with a carrier fluid supply and the outlet extends from the base such that with the support surface engaging portion of the base engaging a support surface, the conduit outlet is axially engagable with the carrier fluid connector of the fluid delivery device to thereby bias the fluid delivery device to the select orientation relative to the support surface.

Abstract: A scent dispensing system for use by hunter's or the like when a flexible bottle of scent, with a small aperture at the bottle's bottom is placed in a special holster which attaches to the hunter's foot at the ankle whereby liquid scent is forced out a drop at a time as the hunter walks to his or her hunting post. Pressure created by the action of the foot hitting the ground coupled with the pressure created by the expansion of the leg muscle and movement of the hunter's ankle as the hunter walks forces the scent to drip out a drop or two at a time. The holster has a pouch for holding the bottle made of a flexible material which is attached by a strap of elastic material. The ends of the strap are attached around the leg of the hunter by a conventional fastener. A wedge of rigid material is positioned in the pouch behind the bottle to assure that the scent will hit the ground and not the hunter or his boots.

Abstract: Disclosed is an improved piston operated pump for viscous materials wherein the entrapment of air bubbles in the viscous material is reduced by placing a spring in the pump cylinder. The spring is the same diameter as the pump cylinder and is about as long as the length of travel of the piston. The spring is conical in shape so that it may be fully compressed without substantially affecting the capacity of the pump cylinder or the length of the piston stroke.

Abstract: A reservoir or container of unitary construction having a predetermined volume of diluent disposed therein is disclosed. The reservoir includes a shearable cap or closure which, once removed, cannot be reassembled. The reservoir is provided with an access opening arranged and constructed to receive a capillary pipette assembly having a predetermined volume of sample so that an accurate mixture of diluent and sample is obtained. The reservoir may also be used as a sample cup for automated analyzers.
