  • Patent number: 4974984
Abstract: A fluid dispensing container with brush type applicator. The container having an annular flange formed thereon. An applicator/brush is detachably coupled to the container by mating with the annular flange of the container. The applicator/brush has at least one opening thereto. A dispensing cap with at least one opening is affixed to at least one opening of the container in fluid communication therewith and positioned internal to the applicator/brush, so that when the dispensing cap is opened, the fluid may pass from at least one opening of the container through the dispensing cap and at least one opening in the applicator/brush.

  • Patent number: 4906878
Abstract: A linear motor comprised of a plurality of primary coils arranged and spaced sequentially. A fluid intake manifold and a fluid exhaust manifold with at least one conduit in fluid communication between the intake and exhaust manifolds, such that the fluid intake manifold, fluid exhaust manifold and conduit are associated with the primary coils to control the temperature of the motor.A robotically controlled linear motor apparatus for manipulating physical arms in one or more dimensions, with at least one linear motor comprised of primary coils sequentially and spacially arranged and a secondary coil positioned magnetically adjacent to the primary coils. A fluid circulating manifold as described above. A commutator for selectively energizing the primary and secondary coils to create a magnetic imbalance therebetween so that the secondary coil is urged in a direction opposite to that of the flux imbalance.

  • Patent number: 4752087
Abstract: A medication recordkeeping device comprised of a label or sheet with a plurality of characters identifying at least one subject upon which a friably removable mask covering obscures each of the characters. The label or sheet is adapted to be fixedly applied to a medication containing vessel wherein each time an individual unit of medication is consumed, the friable removable mask is removed from a character in order that the underlying subject will be exposed so that a visual recored will be kept of the medication consumed. The characters may be dates, numerals or dosage amounts corresponding to a patient's needs or the particular requirements of a medication.

  • Patent number: 4741229
Abstract: A stud insertion and mounting device with a threaded bore formed axially through a tubular body. The bore has an open end and a closed end in which an abutting and locking means is positioned at the closed end to abut the stud for rotatably threading said stud into a suitably tapped receiving hole. A means for releasing the abutting and locking means from the mounted stud is provided, upon which when the device is rotated, the device is unthreaded from the mounted stud. The abutting and locking means may be a cylinder with a chamfered end or other shape. The device may be rotatably driven by a conventional pneumatic source or by hand through a conventional socket or open-ended wrench.
