  • Publication number: 20240177146
Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatuses are described herein for the direct sharing and use of transaction data separately from transaction authorization processes. Transaction metadata associated with a transaction may be received and validated. Authorization information corresponding to the transaction may be received. The degree to which the transaction metadata is tested may be based on a predicted time of receipt of the authorization information. The transaction metadata and authorization information may be correlated. A computing device may determine whether to authorize the financial transaction based on the authorization information and the correlated transaction metadata. All or portions of the transaction metadata may be provided to one or more users after the transaction has been authorized or denied.

  • Patent number: 11991645
Abstract: The technologies described herein are generally directed to determining a response by a user equipment to a signal from a base station based on transmission signal strength relayed with the signal in a fifth generation (5G) network or other next generation networks. For example, a method described herein can include receiving initial signal from base station equipment, with the initial signal encoding a signal strength of the base station transmission, which can facilitate establishing a connection between the user equipment and the base station equipment. The method can further include, based on the signal strength value, estimating a likelihood that a response signal from the user equipment would be able to reach base station equipment. Further, the method can include, based on the estimated likelihood, determine a response to initial signal.

  • Patent number: 11984382
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices related to a memory device with a thermal barrier are described. The thermal barrier (e.g., a low density thermal barrier) may be positioned between an access line (e.g., a digit line or a word line) and a cell component. The thermal barrier may be formed on the surface of a barrier material by applying a plasma treatment to the barrier material. The thermal barrier may have a lower density than the barrier material and may be configured to thermally insulate the cell component from thermal energy generated in the memory device, among other benefits.

  • Publication number: 20240141867
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to and envisages a jetstream power generating system. Producing electric power from jetstream force presents specific, daunting, physics-based challenges, because jetstream forces are 30 to 50 times stronger than wind on the ground. The system is configured to harness the energy of these jetstream forces in farms as power generating infrastructure. The system comprises an airborne element configured to be subjected to lift forces while flying in a jetstream, a capstan drum, a tether coupled between the airborne element and the capstan drum, an arcuate guide track, a kite tracker displaceably mounted on the guide track, a conversion unit coupled to the capstan drum, a plurality of accumulators configured to fluidly communicate with the conversion unit, and a generator.

  • Publication number: 20240134893
Abstract: Systems and methods provides for dialog management in real-time rather than turn taking. An example method included generating first candidate responses to triggering event. The triggering event may be receipt of a live stream chunk for the dialog or receipt of a backend response to a previous backend request for a dialog shema. The method also includes updating a list of candidate responses that are accepted or pending with at least on of the first candidate responses, and determining, for the triggering event, whether the list of candidate responses includes a candidate response that has a confidence score that meets a triggering threshold. The method also includes waiting for a next triggering event without providing a candidate response when the list does not include a candidate response that has a confidence score that meets the triggering threshold.
