    Abstract: An automatically-cleanable thickening performance evaluation instrument for drilling LCMs includes a cleaning device, a kettle body, a thickening motor, a heating component, a test ending component, a top cover, and a bottom cover, where upper and lower ends of the kettle body are both opened; the kettle body is arranged in a third bearing inner race, a third bearing outer race is connected to a first limb, and the first limb is configured to limit a position of the kettle body; and the kettle body is detachably connected to the thickening motor and driven by the thickening motor to rotate. The instrument can realize electric heating and air pressurization to simulate the underground environment, and the kettle body can be completely sealed, such that a measured thickening time is close to an actual thickening time. Moreover, the instrument can be automatically cleaned at the end of a test.

    Abstract: Embodiments provided herein generally include apparatus, plasma processing systems, and methods for generation of a waveform for plasma processing of a substrate in a processing chamber. One embodiment includes a waveform generator having three MOSFETs and three series-connected capacitors. The capacitors are connected across a DC power supply and, depending on the value of the capacitors, voltage across each of them may be varied. Each of the top two capacitors is followed by a diode. The bottom capacitor is connected to the ground. The drain terminal of each MOSFET is connected to higher potential end of the series connected capacitors. Each MOSFET is followed by a diode and the cathode ends of the diodes are connected together. An electrode is connected between the common cathode and ground.

The apparatus includes a pulse voltage (PV) waveform generator comprising at least one synchronization signal and a plurality of pulsers to provide a plurality of TTL inputs. The PV waveform generator generates a waveform containing pulses or bursts which contain micropulses corresponding to the plurality of TTL input signals and the at least one synchronization signal. The method includes receiving a first TTL input signal and a synchronization waveform signal from a controller, delivering a first micropulse to an electrode assembly after receiving the first TTL input signal and synchronization signal, and delivering a second micropulse to the electrode assembly after receiving the second TTL input signal and the synchronization signal.

    Abstract: A method for optimizing the compilation of a machine learning model to be executed on target edge devices is provided. Compute nodes of a plurality of compute nodes are allocated to a compiler optimization process for a compiler of said machine learning model. The machine learning model has a compute graph representation having nodes that are kernel operators necessary to execute the machine learning model and edges that connect said kernel operators to define precedence constraints. A round of optimization is scheduled for the process amongst the allocated compute nodes. At each allocated compute node a sequencing and scheduling solution is applied per round to obtain a performance metric for the machine learning model. From each compute node the performance metric is received and a solution that has the best performance metric is identified and implemented for execution of the machine learning model on the target edge devices.

    Abstract: An alloy anode for a seawater based aqueous battery and a universal strategy for preparing anodes for use in seawater based aqueous batteries. Zn-M alloys (where M can be manganese or other transition metal) were prepared by co-electrodeposition in the presence of hydrogen bubble formation to produce a porous nanostructured alloy that can serve as an anode for a seawater based aqueous battery. Exemplary Zn—Mn alloy anodes achieved stability over thousands of cycles even under harsh electrochemical conditions, including testing in seawater-based aqueous electrolytes and using a high current density of 80 mA cm?2. The anode design strategy allows for the production of durable electrodes for aqueous batteries and other applications.

For example, a matching network comprises a first sensor operably connected to an input of the matching network and an RF generator operable at a first frequency and a second sensor operably connected to an output of the matching network and the plasma processing chamber. A variable capacitor is connected to the first sensor and the second sensor, and a controller is configured to tune the at least one variable capacitor of the matching network during the RF generator pulse on time based on impedance values measured during at least one of pulse on states or pulse off states of a pulse voltage waveform generator connected to the matching network or an RF signal of another RF generator operable at a second frequency different from the first frequency.

An enhanced directional multi-gigabit (EDMG) modulation field in the PPDU includes a channel estimation field (CEF), the CEF includes a CEF sequence, and a length of the CEF sequence is m, where m is determined based on a quantity of bonding channels and a quantity of subcarriers included on a channel. When a discrete Fourier transform-spread-orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (DFT-S-OFDM) technology is introduced into a 60 GHz WLAN standard, an applied CEF sequence included in a CEF can be determined, and DFT-S-OFDM transmission is further performed by using the CEF sequence. In this way, a PAPR of a WLAN system can be reduced while frequency division multiplexing for a plurality of users is supported.
