    Abstract: A fault detection method, includes the following steps. A target sequence is received, the target sequence includes several data. A first moving average operation is performed on the target sequence to establish a first moving average sequence. A second moving average operation is performed on the target sequence to establish a second moving average sequence. A difference operation between the first moving average sequence and the second moving average sequence is performed to obtain a difference sequence, the difference sequence includes several difference values. An upper limit value is set. When one of the difference values is greater than the upper limit value, the target sequence is determines as abnormal.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions that enable sustained release of a small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitor, such as axitinib from a bioerodible polyester polymer implant for the treatment of disease. The composition is especially suitable for treating ophthalmic indications, such as neovascular age related macular degeneration and diabetic macular edema, by intravitreal injection of the implant. The implant is designed to be pre-loaded into a small diameter needle and injected via self-sealing scleral needle penetration at the pars plana. Small molecule tyrosine kinase inhibitors may be released from the implants over a period of one week to three years.

    Abstract: Metal nanowires, such as silver nanowires coated on a substrate were sintered together to form fused metal nanowire networks that have greatly improved conductivity while maintaining good transparency and low haze. The method of forming such a fused metal nanowire networks are disclosed that involves exposure of metal nanowires to various fusing agents on a short timescale. The resulting sintered network can have a core-shell structure in which metal halide forms the shell. Additionally, effective methods are described for forming patterned structure with areas of sintered metal nanowire network with high conductivity and areas of un-sintered metal nanowires with low conductivity. The corresponding patterned films are also described.

The buffer manager is configured to monitor an available pointer count of the available pointers. When the processing unit transmits an allocation request to the buffer manager and the available count is enough, the buffer manager obtains one available pointer from the cache and integrates the one available pointer and the available pointer count into an allocation response, which is sent to the processing unit.

    Abstract: A multi-target nucleic acid detection kit for human papillomavirus (HPV) typing includes a recombinase polymerase amplification (RPA) primer set, an enzyme and a buffer system for Cas12a-crRNA, and a reporter molecule that displays a signal. In the detection method, a multi-channel microfluidic chip is used as a carrier, and RPA primers are designed for corresponding regions of different HPV subtypes to allow isothermal amplification. A crRNA set is designed for amplicons of different subtypes. The crRNA recognizes an HPV target in a sample, and then activates the CRISPR-Cas12a and cuts a reporter group to release a signal, thereby achieving accurate detection on HPV subtypes. The detection method shows a high sensitivity, a low cost, and easy operations, and is expected to be widely used in the screening of HPV infection.
