    Abstract: Various technologies and techniques are disclosed for displaying and managing spreadsheets on mobile devices. An optimized search can be performed. A selection is received from a user to open a spreadsheet. A find selection is received from the use along with keywords for which to the user wishes to search. Any matching keywords are found in the spreadsheet and the cell location of the keywords is retrieved. A results page is constructed that shows search result listings with the keywords along with data surrounding the one or more keywords. The results page is displayed. Navigation options are provided for allowing a user to navigate around the spreadsheet. Right, left, downward, and upward navigation options can be used to change the current view of the spreadsheet by a pre-defined number of cells. Techniques are described for optimizing the display of charts in the spreadsheet.

An indication icon is displayed, wherein the indication icon is divided into N regions, N is a positive integer larger than 1, a region of the N regions is initially painted with a first color, and other regions of the N regions are initially painted with a second color. Whether a sensor apparatus is being touched is determined. When determined that the sensor apparatus is being touched, whether to capture a fingerprint image is determined. Each time when the fingerprint image is captured, the region with the first color is painted to a third color, and one of the N regions with the second color is painted to the first color. When number of the captured fingerprint image is up to N, a fingerprint sample is obtained from the captured fingerprint images.

The image forming module graphs a three-dimensional image of the point cloud file. The coordinate conversion module transforms the three-dimensional image into a planar image. The selection module performs a polygon-shaped selection operation and shows a polygon-shaped region based a point cloud area selected in such a manner that the polygon-shaped region circumscribes the point cloud area selected. The determination module graphs a bounding box based on the outline of the polygon-shaped region, and determines whether graphical points lie inside both the bounding box and the polygon-shaped region. Graphical points that lie within both are further marked with color or other marking process, and graphical points which are not within both can be deleted or edited.
